Hamid Aminian
Founder & Managing Director
Hamid Aminian is known for his superb attention to detail and impeccable expertise. With over 20 years of experience in residential & commercial projects, Hamid is Founder and Director of Avant Build. With a creative and inspirational mindset Hamid personally gets involved and oversees each Avant Build project right from the beginning and forms a relationship with you that extends well after completion.
Hamid believes in building quality and legacy and holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) at the Università di Bologna. He is a registered quantity surveyor and a member of AIQS.
Mark Batger
General Manager
Mark brings over 30 years of expertise to Avant Build, with project management in construction encompassing large-scale multi-million-dollar core asset projects, commercial projects, government buildings and services infrastructure, as well as hospitality and club construction.
He prides himself on effectively managing and communicating with key stakeholders (both external and internal), engaging with them from the initial project planning through to implementation and delivery.
Mark holds a Business Degree at the University of Technology, Sydney, and has a keen interest in construction management, strategic planning and logistics, and land and engineering surveying.
Mark is a member of the Board of Directors at Bankstown Golf Club.
Frank Farina
Design and Construction Consultant
Frank contributes a wealth of construction experience to Avant Build as a long-serving member of the Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building.
A highly experienced construction professional, Frank has had involvement in projects encompassing Federal and State Government buildings, embassies, schools, industrial areas, the M2 Motorway, commercial high rises, aged care facilities, hospitals, shopping centres, hotels and Defence Department buildings.
Frank holds a number of adjunct professorial and advisory board appointments at the University of NSW and University of Western Sydney. He is also a former NSW and National President of the Australian Institute of Construction.
He has delivered 72 projects over the past 60 years, and is now focusing on design and construction management for D&C projects, compliance and quality assurance management for pre-construction, construction and building lifecycle.
